RETURNS & EXCHANGES

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

To be eligible for a return, please make sure you tick the following criteria's:

  • Must be returned within 14 days from delivery.
  • Garments are unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and labels still attached.
  • Filled out our returns form. You can download our returns form here.

All orders should be sent to the address below:

We suggest using a tracked courier service as we are not responsible if your parcel gets lost on it's way to us. Please note, Just Another Fisherman is not responsible for covering shipping costs with returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Return drop off's are also welcome.

Once we recieve your return the process can take up to 10 days to complete. Our team will keep you updated throughout the process, but please feel free to touch base at any stage and we will be happy to update you further.

 

AMENDMENTS

We are unable to cancel or amend an order once it has been placed.

This includes:

  • Change of delivery address
  • Change of style, colour and/or size
  • Adding or Removing item(s)
  • Full order cancellations

 

EXCHANGES

If you want to exchange your item for something else, please send your item back along with a filled out returns form of what style/size/colour you are wanting to exchange it for.

If the exchanged item is lesser value then you will either be refunded through your original payment method or as a credit note for sale items.

If the exchanged item has a higher value then you will be sent an invoice that will need to be paid for before we send out the exchanged garment.

If we don't have the stock of your requested exchange then someone from our team will be in contact with you.

 

SALE RETURNS

We don't offer refunds on sale items (products not purchased at full price). Sale items will only be accepted for store credit or exchanged for another item within 14 days of delivery.

 

REFUNDS

To be eligible for a refund, please make sure you tick the following criteria's:

  • Must be returned within 14 days from delivery.
  • Garments are unused and in the same condition that you received it with original packaging and labels still attached.
  • Garments were purchased at full price.
  • Purchased online
  • Filled out our returns form. You can download our returns form here.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item with approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Please note, it may take up to 48 hours before you recieve this refund.

 

FAULTY RETURNS

If there is a fault with your item, please email online@justanotherfisherman.co.nz with details and photos of the fault so we can inspect and begin the faulty returns process for you.

Please note, you will need to cover the cost of the return shipping. This will not be refunded to you.
