HOW MUCH IS DOMESTIC SHIPPING?
Free shipping* for all orders over $150 NZD, all orders under $150 NZD will be charged $7.00 NZD for the North Island and $10.00 NZD for the South Island.
National orders are sent using Post Haste or NZ Post couriers. This shipping method is tracked and although we endeavour to deliver to you overnight it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. Rural deliveries can take an extra 2-3 working days to arrive. If your order has not arrived by then please email email@example.com with your order number and contact details.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO BOXES, so please ensure your shipping address is a physical address.

HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Australia: Flat rate of $25 NZD.
Rest of the World: Flat rate of $40 NZD.
International orders are shipped using DHL Express Shipping or NZ POST (International Partner) this method is fully tracked. If your order has not arrived please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact details.
Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Just Another Fisherman is not liable for these charges. We will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS?
All online orders come with a physical returns form that you can fill out. If you have lost this form and you need to download or re print please click on the Returns Form button below.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEMS?
Exchanges are eligible within 14 days from purchase date, your item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All online orders come with a physical returns form that you can fill out. If you have lost this form and you need to download or re print please click on the button below.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
Our returns process can take up to 10 days from the date we receive your item back at our HQ… we work to prioritise returns so they can be dealt with efficiently and so you are not going without for too long.
Our team will keep you updated throughout the process, but please feel free to touch base at any stage and we will be happy to update you further
Please note just another fisherman is not responsible for covering shipping costs with returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Only full priced items purchased online within 14 days can be refunded, sale items or in-store purchases can only be returned for an exchange or store credit.
Once your return is received and inspected. We will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If approved we will process your refund within 3 working days and this will automatically be applied to your credit card/original method of payment.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:(if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
WHY HAVEN'T I RECIEVED MY REFUND YET?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 48 hours before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

MY ITEM IS FAULTY
If there is a fault with your item, please email email@example.com with details and photos of the fault so we can assess and begin the faulty returns process for you.
Please note, you will need to meet the cost of the return shipping to Just Another Fisherman.
HOW CAN I SET UP AN ACCOUNT?
Creating an account with us is easy. We keep it simple and only need a few details from you.
To set up an account first you must click on the account icon, this icon looks like a person and is located at the top right of our store right next to our cart icon
You will then be asked to enter your first & last name along with email address & password.
Once you have entered your information you will receive an email from us confirming your account has been set up successfully.

HOW CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Purchasing a Just Another Fisherman gift card is easy, we offer $50 & $100 gift cards & these can be purchased from the 'Shop' drop down menu. If you cannot find the gift card option on our website please use the button below:
Please note, online gift cards are redeemable online only- if you would like to purchase an in store gift card pop into one of our stores.
HOW CAN I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
Once you have finished shopping online, have added item(s) to your cart and gone through the checkout process, at the payment step you will have the option to apply a discount code or gift card number
Simply type the voucher number in and click apply.
All online Gift Cards are emailed automatically after purchase & can only be redeemed online. In some cases we may be able to transfer the voucher amount to an In-store Gift Card or Credit.
I PURCHASED A GIFT CARD BUT DIDN'T RECEIVE THE EMAIL
If you have not received an email containing your Gift Card, please check that it has not been put into any junk mail folders. if you still cannot find the email, please email us firstname.lastname@example.org & we can help recover or manually send through a Gift Card code.

Check you have spelt it correctly. Still not working? We don't stack our promo deals but will always offer the best deal for you.
