SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES
How much is domestic shipping within New Zealand?
Free shipping for all orders over $100NZD, all orders under $100NZD will be charged $7.00NZD
National orders are sent using POST HASTE couriers. This shipping method is fully tracked and trace and although we endeavour to deliver to you overnight it can take 2-4 working days to arrive after your payment has been confirmed. If our order has not arrived by then please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and contact details.
Unfortunately we cannot deliver to PO BOXES, so please ensure your shipping address is a physical address.
How much is shipping for Australia and International orders?
Australia: Free for orders over $150NZD, all orders under $150NZD will be charged $20NZD Standard Shipping.
Rest of the World: Free for orders over $300NZD, all orders under $300NZD will be charged $50NZD Standard Shipping
International orders are shipped using NZ Post (NEW ZEALAND POST) this shipping method is fully tracked and traced. If your order has not arrived please email email@example.com with your order number and contact details.
Please be advised that every country has different customs laws and your product may incur other charges whilst in transit. Just Another Fisherman is not liable for these charges. But we will do our best to send it to you the cheapest, fastest and safest way we can.
Please note there are some countries we are having trouble shipping to due to Covid-19, if there is a shipping issue with your order we will be in touch to resolve this for you.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
How long will it take to process my return?
Our returns process can take up to 10 days from the date we receive your item back at our HQ… we work to prioritise returns so they can be dealt with efficiently and so you are not going without for too long.
Our team will keep you updated throughout the process, but please feel free to touch base at any stage and we will be happy to update you further
Please note just another fisherman is not responsible for covering shipping costs with returns/exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, will vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cant guarantee that we will receive your returned item

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
If you wish to exchange an item all online orders come with a physical returns form that you can fill out. If you have lost this form and you need to download or re print please use the link below

Only FULL priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded

All payments are processed via our secure payment gateway Eway.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
In the event goods are returned due to a fault or dispute - you will need to meet the cost of the return shipping to Just Another Fisherman.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable):
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
I want to return an item(s) for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours of approval.
I have not received my refund yet?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take up to 48 hours before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been processed you will receive an email containing a tracking link, if you have not received this email please get in contact with us & we can supply this for you.
How can I find my orders status?
Check your e-mail. You will receive e-mails keeping you up-to-date about the status of your order.

CREATING AN ACCOUNT WITH US
How can I set up an account?
Creating an account with us is easy. We keep it simple and only need a few details from you.
To set up an account first you must click on the account icon, this icon looks like a person and is located at the top right of our store right next to our cart icon
You will then be asked to enter your first & last name along with email address & password.
Once you have entered your information you will receive an email from us confirming your account has been set up successfully.

How can I purchase a gift card?
Purchasing a Just Another Fisherman gift card is easy, we offer $50 & $100 gift cards & these can be purchased from the 'Shop' drop down menu. If you cannot find the gift card option on our website please use the button below
How can I use my gift card ?
Once you have finished shopping online, have added item(s) to your cart and gone through the checkout process, at the payment step you will have the option to apply a discount code or gift card number
Simply type the voucher number in and click apply.
All online Gift Cards are emailed automatically after purchase & can only be redeemed online. In some cases we may be able to transfer the voucher amount to an In-store Gift Card or Credit.
I purchased a gift card but did not receive my email ?
If you have not received an email containing your Gift Card, please check that it has not been put into any junk mail folders. if you still cannot find the email, please email us via: email@example.com & we can help recover or manually send through a Gift Card code.
